      D. Manzella, MD, PC
Dr. Edward Manzella was born and raised in Newark,
      NJ.  He graduated High School in 1977.  Attending Xavier
      University, Dr. Ed obtained a bachelor degree in Biology.  Dr. Ed
      then graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine.  He
      then completed two years of General Surgery and Trauma at
      Brooklyn-Caledonia-Woodhall Hospitals.  Dr. Ed then completed his
      Internal Medicine Residency at St. Michael's Medical Center (affiliate of
      Seton Hall University.)  Upon completion of Internal Medicine, Dr. Ed
      became Board Certified in 1992 and became the first of the Manzellas to
      move west and practice medicine in Pennsylvania.  Dr. Ed was joined
      in practice by his brother Victor, in 1998 and his brother Jack, in 1999.  Dr. Ed currently has
      hospital privileges at Palmerton Hospital and St. Lukes Miners Memorial
      Medical Center.  Dr. Ed was elected President of the medical staff at
      Palmerton Hospital in July 2001.  Dr. Ed resides in Allentown and has
      three children: John, Elizabeth and Helena. |
